Why am I getting duplicates of my bookmarks in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox?

 

Chrome and Firefox have built-in tools for syncing bookmarks and other data. These tools sometimes duplicate the work that EverSync does. If you are seeing duplicates, try disabling your browser’s built-in synchronization for bookmarks.

For Google Chrome

  1. Open url chrome://settings/syncSetup

  2. Disable Bookmarks sync.

 

For Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open url about:preferences#sync

  2. Disable Bookmarks sync.
