FAQ: Power Off for FVD Speed Dial

Can I set a passcode for FVD Speed Dial without anyone being able to see it?
Yes, this is exactly what the Power Off feature is for. Just press the Power Off button. Then add a passcode and an email address for passcode recovery.

Whenever you want to hide the speed dial, just press the Power Off button.

I forgot the passcode I set for Power Off. How do I recover it?
Open settings. Proceed to the Restore Passcode tab and press Send passcode to recovery email.

I lost access to my email account or put the wrong address. Can you help me recover my password?
Unfortunately, it's a hard no. We have high standards for security and privacy to protect our users. There is no way for us to know if you are the real owner of the dials or if someone is trying to get access illegally. The only solution here is to reinstall FVD Speed Dial.
