I see blank screen instead FVD Speed Dial for Google Chrome. What can be done?

 

Why have my speed dials disappeared? (I get a blank page/it says the add-on is damaged)

There are a lot of reasons why speed dials may disappear. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence them in any way, as they are mostly external factors. They can be Chrome problems (when speed dials disappear after the browser has been updated) and actions due to other add-ons and applications, mostly antivirus software and anti-adware (Chrome allows deleting databases of other applications).

What can be done?

  1. Use EverSync. It's the best and most convenient way to fix this. EverSync is a free app that allows synchronizing your speed dials between various browsers. It also lets you make cloud backups.


If you have EverSync and your speed dials disappeared, here is what you need to do:
a) Make sure all your speed dials are displayed in the web client - https://everhelper.me/client/
b) Uninstall FVD Speed Dial and install it again.
c) In EverSync press the Download button in Speed Dial.
