After using CCleaner, the speed dials disappear. What do I do?

For Google Chrome

You need to add the File System folder to exclusions.

1. In CCleaner, click the Options icon at left.

2. Click the Exclude button.

3. Click Add.

4. Put a checkmark next to Drive/Folder and press Browse.

5. Find and select folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\File System

6. Press OK.

For Mozilla Firefox

You need to add the Mozilla Profile folder to exclusions.

1. Find Mozilla Profile folder.

2. Enter the URL about:support in the address bar

3. copy the URL from the Profile Folder.

4. In CCleaner, click the Options icon at left.

5. Click the Exclude button.

6. Click Add.

7. Put a checkmark next to Drive/Folder and press on Browse.

8. Find and select Mozilla Profile folder.

9. Press OK.
