Bad Message 431 When Opening Webpages Through Paltalk

If you see the error “Bad Message 431” when trying to open webpages through Paltalk, it usually means your browser’s cached data needs to be cleared.

Follow the steps below for your browser:

🔵 Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots () in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

  4. Choose a time range (e.g., All time).

  5. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data.


🔵 Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Click the three dots () in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  5. Select the time range and tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
